Map Tilt Support in Guru Maps

We're excited to announce a new feature in Guru Maps for iOS starting with version 5.6.0 - the ability to change the map’s tilt.

When following directions, a tilted map perspective can be more intuitive than the traditional overhead view. This perspective simulates what a traveler sees when looking at the road ahead, making navigation more user-friendly and realistic.

To take advantage of this feature, start navigation and the map will automatically switch to a 20° tilt view. This tilt makes it easier to see when to make a next turn and better visualize your surroundings, enhancing your overall navigation experience.

You can adjust the pitch at any time by pressing and holding the map with two fingers to enjoy a perspective view. Move your fingers upward to increase the pitch or downward to decrease it. To return the map to the default view, simply tap the "Location" button.
